Needed to improve efficiency of the FM spend, by maximizing the dead hours and spend through the quieter night time hours.
Working with our client, we integrated communal area cleaning into the SIA licensed out of hours duties.
This increased total cleaning hours per site, reduced total cost, and improved the efficiency and value creation across the FM spend.
Overall we have been able to do more for less, whilst having a real positive impact on the student environment.
