Integrate legacy in-house and outsourced cleaning teams into a single contract delivery team, able to provide a consistent service experience across the Trust.
Through the appointment of a dedicated Contract Manager, HPS created centralised control of the service from TUPE mobilisation through to business as usual.
This was also combined with a close working partnership with the Trust Estate and Facilities team, whist felt like HPS were an extension of their own team.
HPS has been able to significantly reduce the management time required from the Trust team, whilst delivering a consistent and transparently managed service across the estate.
Ultimately we are providing better learning environments, and enabling the Trust to focus on educating their young people.
